All bookings with RD Tours & Travels are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking ID. - Payment:
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payments can be completed online through our website or via authorized representatives. - Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Any cancellation or modification is subject to our cancellation policy. Applicable charges may vary depending on the timing of the request. - Passenger Responsibility:
Passengers must carry valid ID proof and booking details during travel. RD Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings without proper verification. - Baggage Policy:
Standard hand baggage is allowed. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges. - Travel Insurance:
RD Tours & Travels does not provide travel insurance. Passengers are advised to arrange their own insurance if required. - Safety Regulations:
Passengers must follow all safety guidelines provided by the driver. Wearing seatbelts is mandatory at all times. - Changes to Itinerary:
RD Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events. - Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates policies, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or behaves in a disruptive manner. - Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
