  1. Booking Confirmation:
    All bookings with RD Tours & Travels are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking ID.
  2. Payment:
    Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payments can be completed online through our website or via authorized representatives.
  3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
    Any cancellation or modification is subject to our cancellation policy. Applicable charges may vary depending on the timing of the request.
  4. Passenger Responsibility:
    Passengers must carry valid ID proof and booking details during travel. RD Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings without proper verification.
  5. Baggage Policy:
    Standard hand baggage is allowed. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges.
  6. Travel Insurance:
    RD Tours & Travels does not provide travel insurance. Passengers are advised to arrange their own insurance if required.
  7. Safety Regulations:
    Passengers must follow all safety guidelines provided by the driver. Wearing seatbelts is mandatory at all times.
  8. Changes to Itinerary:
    RD Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  9. Refusal of Service:
    We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates policies, is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or behaves in a disruptive manner.
  10. Jurisdiction:
    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation fees will be applied as per our policy depending on the timing of cancellation.

Refund Process:
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time may result in no refund.
